Hi, I’m Tania Cardiel, an English and Spanish speaking Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) providing services via telehealth and in person in Ontario and Jurupa in English and Spanish. I have worked in community mental health, recovery services, and domestic violence programs supporting clients with complex trauma, co-occurring diagnoses, crisis-related concerns and have experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive and compassionate care to adults, children, couples and families.
Approach:
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices and focus on helping clients rebuild safety, strengthen coping skills, and work toward emotional healing and resilience. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and respected throughout the therapeutic process.
