FAQ

Do you offer in-person or tele-health counseling?

We offer both.

Telehealth – Most of our clients prefer the convenience and flexibility of working with their counselor by phone or video call. Telehealth tends to save our clients money and time by eliminating the need for travel, parking, childcare, or taking additional time off work. According to research, telehealth is as effective (more in some cases) than in-person counseling.

In-personfor clients who would rather attend counseling in-person, we offer in-person sessions at our offices in Hemet, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino and Temecula.

Where are you located?

We have five offices in the Inland Empire. We also offer telehealth (video or phone sessions) for clients that cannot commute to one of our physical locations.

Hemet – 132 South Thompson, Hemet, CA, 92543
Rancho Cucamonga – 8580 Utica Ave #200, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730
Riverside – 11801 Pierce Street #200, Riverside, CA, 92505
San Bernardino – 473 E. Carnegie Drive #200, San Bernardino, CA 92408
Temecula – 41690 Enterprise Cir N STE 100, Temecula, CA 92590

Do you accept insurance? What are your Fees?

IEHP – We accept the Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP). Clients do not need referral from their primary care doctor to start counseling. You can call member services – 800-440-IEHP (4347) and request a referral for Redwood Counseling. If you would like assistance with getting the referral, we can do it for you.

All other plans
For all other insurance plans we are considered an out of network provider. In these cases, we ask that client’s pay cash and request reimbursement from their health insurance company. We recommend that potential new clients consult with their insurance company about their out of network provider reimbursement policy.

Fees – $150-$250 per clinical hour. We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.

When are appointments available?

Monday to Saturday – Morning, afternoon and evening.
