Referring to Redwood is simple. Our admissions team will contact the patient, provide follow-up updates, and coordinate care when consent is provided.

What Happens Next:

  1. “Referral received” confirmation fax sent to you within 2 business days
  2. Patient contacted within 24–48 hours
  3. “Status update” fax sent to you within 14 business days
  4. Coordination of Care report sent after assessment, with consent
