Hi, I’m Lia German, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) providing services via telehealth and in person in Riverside in English an Spanish. I specialize in working with youth impacted by trauma, family conflict, anxiety and emotional dysregulation and have over a decade of supporting children, adolescents and families through trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Approach:
I offer a compassionate and strength-based therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and family systems work. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I partner with clients to navigate life’s challenges while building on their inherent strengths and resilience. My work is grounded in cultural humility and a deep respect for each individual’s story and goals.
