Hi, I’m Yanel Fregoso, an Associate Professional Counselor (APCC) providing services via telehealth and in person in Hemet in English and Spanish. Your First Appointment
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your story, and what you hope to achieve in counseling. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and concerns, and we’ll work together to set initial goals. You’ll also have an opportunity to learn more about my approach and ask any questions about the counseling process. My goal is to ensure you leave our first meeting feeling heard, supported, and confident in the path ahead.
