Sandy Garcia, the Operations Director for Redwood Counseling. I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare with experience in operations and managing multi-location practices. I am biliterate, and a certified Medical Assistant.

I oversee the administrative operations of our offices in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and DHCS standards. My responsibilities include overseeing client admissions, insurance authorizations and billing, supervising the administrative team, and improving operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of client care and service excellence.
