Noel Lee
LMFT
Hi, I’m Noel Lee, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in evidence-based practices.
Approach to Practice
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify your strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical coping strategies. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attachment-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I strive to create an open and non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to take control of your mental health and well-being.
Areas of Interest
I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with:
- Family of origin issues
- Codependency and boundary-setting
- Cultural identity and life transitions
- Substance use and dual diagnosis
- Depression, anxiety, and trauma
- Couples counseling and relationship challenges
What to Expect in Your First Appointment
Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. We’ll discuss your background, explore what’s been bringing you distress, and begin to outline a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we embark on this journey together.
