Mark Desjardins – LCSW
Hi, I’m Mark Desjardins, an English, Spanish and French speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). For over 20 years I worked as an educator teaching disadvantaged youth in Colorado, Arizona and California, before I transitioned to the mental health field 10 years ago. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities, including autism and ADHD. I believe that given the knowledge and skillset, everyone can overcome challenges and live their best lives.
Approach: Therapy is a place for self-discovery and healing, where you can unpack and process your life experiences. My strengths-based approach focuses on honing your unique skills and talents to overcome challenges, while providing a safe and supportive space to process your experiences, build coping skills and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. My goal is to empower my clients to succeed by offering them therapeutic tools, support, and a safe space to grow while they build up to the best version of themselves.
