Lynn Ritchie – Staff Wellness Coordinator

Hi, I’m Lynn Ritchie, Redwood Counseling’s Staff Wellness Coordinator. I have been with Redwood since 2018, serving as the Office Manager. In 2025, I transitioned to Staff Wellness Coordinator.

My new role is designed to support the well-being, engagement, and professional growth of our team. I strive to create a positive work environment by creating initiatives that promote staff wellness, work/life balance, and overall satisfaction. I am passionate about providing resources, facilitating wellness programs, and ensuring that every member of the team feels valued and supported.
