Heather Spann
LMFT
I am committed to offering opportunities for people to create a deeper connection to what is real, true and alive within themselves, to develop the capacity to be authentic, clear, and create healthy relationships with self and others. In service to creating a sense of completeness and balance I offer individual, family, and couples counseling.
To truly connect, experience, discover, explore, and experiment within oneself and in the world, I will offer whatever tool or practice that might be helpful to remove the blocks that keep you from living in and through your highest self.
For the past 14 years I have been working in the field of mental health and providing therapy with a wide range of populations, settings, diagnoses and mental health issues.
My graduate degree is in Art Psychotherapy and in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have additional training in Trauma Treatment, Intuitive Counseling, as well as Hypnotherapy.
I have worked with all populations including, but not limited to, older adult/seniors, adults, teens, children, chemical dependency, severe and chronic mental illness, chronic pain, military; both individually and in group setting, inpatient and outpatient.
