Welcome
Redwood is a Joint Commission accredited group practice based in the Inland Empire, looking to hire full time mental health clinicians as salaried (W2) employees. Clinicians will provide outpatient and Intensive Outpatient care for adolescents and adults – via telehealth or in-person (or a combination of both).

Compensation & Student Debt Repayment
Compensation – LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
Starting at $100,000/year (full time) – up to $10/hour higher for Bilingual clinicians.
Student Debt Repayment
Up to $75,000 over 3 years (this is in addition to your compensation. Conditions apply)
Remote, Hybrid or In-person
We are hiring for:
- Hybrid – 3 days/ week from your home and 2 days from one of our offices (Hemet, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino, Palm Springs, or Temecula).

Open Positions
We are seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) with outpatient &/or intensive outpatient experience with teens or adults in one or more of the following areas:
- Anxiety Disorders (PTSD, panic, social, generalized)
- Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar)
- Eating Disorders
- Autism Spectrum
- LGBTQ Mental Health/Gender Affirming Care
- Schizophrenia/Schizoaffective
- First Responder Mental Health
- Substance use disorders
Benefits
- Telehealth – work from your home office 3 days a week
- Remote Work Stipend – $100-200/month
- Vacation – 7.5-12.5 paid vacation days per year
- Supervision & Training – we provide ongoing supervision, training and support
- Health Insurance – rather than provide a health plan you may not need (because you already have coverage), we provide a monthly wellness stipend of $400-$600 that you can use in any way you like (e.g. purchase Covered California coverage, copays, gym membership, childcare, etc)
- New clients – all referrals provided.
- Paperwork – minimal – we are almost paperless.
- Tech & supplies – Clinicians who work from home will be provided with a
company laptop, phone, and office supplies. - Electronic medical record platform – easy to use. TherapyNotes is one of
the top platforms used in private practice. - Admin support – we handle new client onboarding, scheduling, billing, etc.
- Credentialing – we will get you credentialed with our insurance partners.
- New hire orientation – completed remotely or in person.
- Advancement – supervisory positions will open up as we grow.
- Malpractice insurance – provided.
- Continuing education – up to $250/year
- Sick pay – up to 24 accrued hours in a year.
- 401k – employees become eligible after 500 hours of service.
- Workmans Comp, State Disability, Unemployment Insurance – provided.
- Private Practice Skills Development & Mentoring – do you want to open your own practice one day? Anyone who has ever done it will tell you that running a behavioral health company (even if you are the only employee) is a complex, expensive, and stressful undertaking. It’s also very doable. Redwood supports the growth of therapist entrepreneurs by providing a best-practice work environment and an optional Private Practice Skills
Requirements
- An active and unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist)
- Pass criminal background and reference checks required for insurance credentialing
- Ability to work from home (a suitable space for doing sessions)
- Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- History of working collaboratively on a mental health team
- An interest in measurement based care
